Nicola is our HR Advisor for Urgent Care Services. Here, she tells us about how her role has developed since joining FedBucks three years ago.
“Since joining the organisation, I have been able to rapidly develop my knowledge and skills in human resources, which has resulted in me embarking on a professional qualification in HR. I think a company’s biggest asset is its people, and I enjoy supporting staff with their development.
