FedBucks offers blood test services on a Tuesday and Wednesday at Chalfont Hospital for patients registered with The Misbourne Practice, The Allan Practice and The Hall Practice.
Once you have been referred by your GP simply phone our dedicated Phlebotomy line 01494 419230, which is open Monday – Friday, from 10am to midday.
Please ensure that you drink plenty of water prior to your appointment, unless you have been invited to a fasting blood test appointment.
