For someone who demonstrates creativity, courage, and initiative—no matter their position. Whether behind the wheel, behind the scenes, or on the frontlines, this person embraces fresh ideas, adapts quickly, and takes smart risks to make FedBucks better for colleagues, patients, and the community. 

Integrity in Action Award

For someone who always does what’s right — even when it’s hard. They speak up for patients or colleagues, take responsibility when things don’t go to plan, and act with honesty and fairness. This might be a clinician raising a concern, a finance colleague ensuring accuracy and transparency, or an administrator making sure processes are followed the right way. 

Respect & Inclusion Hero

For someone who treats everyone with fairness and respect, no matter their role or background. They help create a welcoming, inclusive culture — whether that’s on reception, in HR, in a clinical team, or at a system meeting. They notice who isn’t being heard and help make space for every voice. 

Together we are Stronger Award 

For the person who brings people together to get things done. They connect teams, share information, and build trust — whether it’s a nurse working closely with reception, a rota coordinator juggling shifts to help everyone, or a project manager linking services, so care feels seamless. 

Excellence Everyday Award

For the colleague who quietly sets the standard — always finding a better way or helping others improve. It could be a receptionist who welcomes every patient with a smile and respect, a finance colleague streamlining reports, or a clinician going the extra mile for a patient.
